ANNUAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING

The St. Peter Athletic Association will hold its annual General Assembly meeting on Sunday, May 1 at 7:30PM in the school cafeteria. All parents of players and adult parishioners are welcome to attend. Please see the agenda posted on the association website at

If an Athletic Association member that wishes to vote on the proposed bylaw modification cannot attend the General Assembly meeting due to a conflict arising from a St. Peter Parish or St. Peter Athletic Association activity, the member may request an Absentee Ballot by sending an email to the STPAA President at don.hesse@stpsports.com by noon on Saturday, April 30, 2011, indicating the nature of the conflict. After the conflict is confirmed as meeting the requirements, an absentee ballot will be returned to the member by 7:00 PM of the same Saturday evening.
All absentee ballots must be submitted by 3:00 PM the following day, Sunday, May 1, 2011.
