President
The president of the association is someone who has been a director and is capable of organizing and running the monthly athletic association meetings. The president's main responsibility is to run the organization to the fullest potential. This includes issue resolution, planning, parish management interaction, fund raising and development of programs. The president is also a member of the three person executive committee.
 
Secretary
The secretary's main responsible is to document the actions of the athletic association. This includes minutes of the meetings, revisions to the bylaws and organization of other archival information. The secretary is also a member of the three person executive committee.
 
Treasurer
The treasurer plays a key role in ensuring that St. Peter is able to offer the excellent sports programs to our children. By ensuring that the athletic association's fund are handled properly and accurately, the treasures serves as the accountant for the association. The treasurer is also a member of the three person executive committee.

Uniforms Director
The uniform director's responsibilities include ensuring the proper equipment is distributed to coaches, ensuring the uniform inventory is complete and distributing uniforms.
 
Information Director
The Information Director is responsible for maintaining the stpsports.com website and the registration database. The registration database ensures we have a complete account of which children are playing on which team. The Information Director supports the other directors by supplying reports and database queries in response to any information they might need.
 
Baseball/Softball Director
The baseball director ensures all facets of the baseball program are handled properly and within the guidelines of the bylaws. This includes team formation, coach selection and district representation.

The volleyball director ensures all facets of the volleyball program are handled properly and within the guidelines of the bylaws. This includes team formation, coach selection and district representation.
